Experience this organic chocolate made with ethically sourced cacao from Peru and the Dominican Republic, sweetened with organic sugar from Paraguay and Costa Rica, flavoured with organic Madagascan vanilla. When farmers organize into co-ops, they gain crucial market access, run their businesses democratically, and decide together how to invest in their communities. Founded in 2004, Equal Exchange’s partner ASOCACE was created to improve the livelihoods of sugar farmers near Asunción, Paraguay. It has grown from an initial 45 members to around 200 today.
