Since 2002, Equal Exchange has partnered with CONACADO co-op in the Dominican Republic. Founded in 1988, CONACADO empowers small-scale cacao farmers facing market challenges and low prices. Now with over 9,200 members, the co-op continues to expand into new markets to secure better prices for its farmers.
