How to use: 

1x Tea Bag per cup, pour over boiling water and leave to brew for 4-5 minutes. For the best taste, cover the cup while brewing. 

For optimum postpartum recovery, the Myrtle & Maude herbalist recommends drinking freely and it’s beneficial to drink for 6 weeks after giving birth.
